Additional Hours Beyond 48 Hour Working Time Regulations
You may from time to time at the Company’s request be required to work at different times along with additional hours. Please state whether you agree that the 48 hour limit, specified in the WTR shall not apply to your employment. You may alter this decision at any point in the future as long as you give the Company 3 months notice.
Holiday Pay Preference
As standard we will accrue your holiday pay entitlement and include them in your payroll calculations when you request us to do so. Alternatively we can “roll up” your holiday allowance and include it within every pay run, meaning you will be paid your holiday allowance upfront.
